electric socket tv channel selection

The room had a nice size. That suited me just fine after my flight. walking through the tunnel to heathrow was convenient, i must admit.

I wasn't particularly thrilled with the lack of uk electric sockets near the bed, it reminded me of a relic from a pre-smartphone era. also, the tv only offered about ten english channels. I found that quite odd for a hotel of this supposed caliber. and the remote? well, let's just say it didn't always cooperate.

small signage chaotic check-in

The signage from the airport terminal was practically nonexistent. what little signage i found was quite small. check-in felt chaotic. it lacked clear directions for where to queue (i found that annoying). a representative spoke with customers right in front of reception. This just added to the confusion.

My experience had some notable downsides. The bathroom door was difficult to close and seemed damaged. The air conditioning unit made noise all night. I expected breakfast to be included in the price, so it was a disappointment it was extra.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to Terminal 5. It made my early morning departure less stressful. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and helped me rest before my flight.

I experienced a delay during check-in because the computers were slow. This was frustrating after a long flight. My room's bedside lighting panel did not work properly, so I had to switch off all the lights manually. A maid knocked on my door early in the morning, which interrupted my sleep!

The hotel had direct access from terminal 5. the room was large. The bathroom was EXCELLENT. the concierge and reception staff were friendly. AND helpful.

carpets are everywhere. it was uneasy to roll suitcases over them.
