the standard twin room bridge view was clean. it had a great view of the tower bridge. the staff at the front desk were efficient (i especially appreciated their quick service).

i liked the cleanliness and size of the room. the room had a functional coffee machine with provided pods. soft drinks and alcohol were complimentary upon my arrival , i also appreciated the big television with multiple channels.

The room had amenities, including tea and coffee facilities. A hairdryer and an iron in the room.). The staff were friendly and informative. I found them very comfortable and cute. I loved the unobstructed view of the Tower Bridge and The Shard.

I stayed in a standard twin room, and it was so cozy!!! the english breakfast was included. I loved the freshness of everything. i had a late checkout at 4 p.m.. It let me savour every last moment.

the location was great. it was easy to get to transport and close to landmarks. the room had a view of the dock, it was as pleasing as a view to the bridge. the room had everything i needed.
the horrible smell was similar to bug spray. the room was clean though in desperate need of a remodel. the pillows were horrible and the bed mediocre.
