I found the staff very helpful. The free hot drinks were a nice touch. I appreciated that shops and restaurants were right near the hotel.
The shower was messy. It left the entire bathroom wet for a long period. The shower started dripping loudly during the night and I could not stop it when a neighbour took a shower.

the hotel's location within the terminal reminded me of a gentle hug.. i could easily reach my early flight without rushing. the staff member, courtney, showed great care in assisting with my check-in, i appreciated her attentiveness. the cleanliness of the room offered a comforting atmosphere.
