suite upgrade o2 venue tasty breakfast
My suite upgrade upon arrival was a GREAT surprise. The view of the o2 venue was amazing and i could walk there in ten minutes. After the concert, it was so easy getting back to the hotel. The staff displayed friendliness, the facilities cleanliness, and breakfast tastiness was great.

The team was attentive. I was welcomed warmly when i arrived. akshata's polite manner set the standard for an excellent visit. the hotel management values amazing customer service from their staff.

The king-size room was spacious and had a comfortable bed and pillows. Complimentary items included water, hot chocolate, and biscuits. i really appreciated the bathroom toiletries. The products were gorgeous and fragrant.

this building is located very near to the o2 arena. i used the direct hotel link to the o2 for a concert and it was so convenient. The tube station is close and offers easy access into the city.

Five-Star Stay Was very good!

The location was PERFECT for attending an event at the O2. The staff members were genuinely happy and helpful. It made a huge difference. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! I particularly enjoyed the wide selection of items available.
The wait time for the lifts was occasionally long after the concert, especially with the crowds going to the dance club.

The room was spacious with good furniture and a great view of the river, which I really liked. The room was very clean. There was also a coffee machine that I definitely used.

The staff offered excellent service, always friendly and ready to help with any request I had. Check-in was quick and seamless, and staff also promptly resolved a minor issue with the television.

Breakfast had an extensive selection of items, so there was always something new to try each morning. The quality of the food was AMAZING!!! The SkyBar had quality service and cute staff.

I found the walkway to the O2 Arena convenient. It was very quick to get to and from the venue. The room was notably clean upon arrival. Breakfast offered several good options. I liked the selection of pastries.

i encountered some problems. the shower seal was not good, so the bathroom floor got wet. the tv also did not work. i expected more for the price i paid.
