Convenient and Clean Pre-Flight Stopover
My room was very spacious. The complimentary shuttle service to the airport was PERFECT. I have already booked another stay for my next trip. The bus shuttle service was EXCELLENT.
The electrics in the bedroom were not great. The coffee machine did not work properly. It kept going off, even after maintenance came to check it. The plug socket by the bed did not work. I was unable to get a uk 3 pin plug into it.

outdated bathroom disruptive noise
The room i had seemed outdated, a problem. the bathroom reminded me of a throwback, certainly not what i expected. the ventilation was poor. I had to open the window. this led to a lot of disruptive noise from outside. It was frustrating.

convenient shuttle tasty breakfast repeat stay
the hotel shuttle is very convenient. it runs frequently and saves on taxi costs. i also had a cooked breakfast which was very tasty and set me up for the day. i would certainly stay here again.
the bar food menu was quite limited when i arrived late.

I found the free hotel shuttle to be very convenient. It made getting to both the train station and airport easy. the cooked breakfast was good, i enjoyed the variety. the staff was helpful with my late check-in and made the process smooth.
i noticed some accumulated dust in the room, and the bathroom felt a little outdated for a hotel of this rating.
