The hotel is close to the station. Staff at check-in informed me about available rooms for early check-in. The iPad in the room controlled everything. A lounge downstairs created perfect relaxation outside my room.

The room was NOT very clean on arrival.

I appreciated the simplified check-in and check-out processes. The in-room application controlled lighting, air conditioning, and blinds efficiently. The hotel's location was excellent with very close proximity to an underground station.

The room was not cleaned upon arrival which necessitated a discussion with reception for fresh towels.

Fantastic Stay Near Tower Hill Station

The location worked perfectly. It sits right next to Tower Hill station. The hotel is nicely decorated. The rooms are really comfortable. I also appreciated the helpfulness from the staff. They was great.

The room was a bit small, but manageable for a short stay.

i enjoyed the 7th floor rooftop a lot. the location is great, its right above tower bridge tube. i found public areas very cute to visit.

the room i had was very small, and the bed were pushed against window. that mean one person always have to climb over another to get up. bathroom have frosted glass, so its not very soundproof.
