I enjoyed the good location near the water. My room was clean. It even had a portable fan in addition to an inbuilt fan. This helped me adjust the temperature since the windows do not open much.
The breakfast was not good (i really hoped it would be). There was only an English breakfast available. A chocolate croissant was also available, but it did not taste fresh.

The rooms here are a good size. I found an iron with ironing board available, crucial when traveling for work. The staff provided excellent customer service even at late hours. I was also pleased with the variety of on-site amenities including nearby transport links, ATMs, and shopping sites.
The access to the hotel car park seems very steep. I noticed the absence of handrails presented a slight challenge.

The hotel is very close to the metro. This makes accessing different parts of the area easy. The proximity to Canary Wharf is a real advantage for business or leisure.

My room was on the thirteenth floor, and it was super. The room had a river view. I found the bathroom to be clean.

The room was clean after i upgraded to a suite. It also had a usable layout. i liked the spiral staircase inside the suite. i found the location excellent with many restaurants around the place.

I found the room large and clean. The water pressure in the bathroom was strong. I had complimentary tea on the table plus an electric kettle. The TV worked well with different programs.
