a very long check-in queue was present upon arrival. i observed cobwebs in the room. prices for dinner was extortionate. phone calls to reception went unanswered which was frustrating.

the room was clean. tea and coffee were well-stocked. complimentary water was available at reception.

i requested a taxi to the airport and the staff just pointed me to the hoppa bus schedule. i ended up getting an uber. i later learned they had taxis available right outside, even at 5am. also, room service never answered when i called three times. after a long day i did not feel like going to the restaurant.
