Wonderful Stay!
stylish roomdining options
The room was very clean and stylish. The location offered easy access to the tube station, convenient for getting around. I visited the bar, Shapes for a Name, within walking distance. Fabulous dining options are nearby too.

the staff provided quick room service. it was always efficient and good. i liked the sparkling water filling station on my floor. the still water filling station was also there. the hotel provides easy access to various parts of the city.

the studio offered ample space and a well-designed interior. i did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms, so the soundproofing was effective. the bed had very comfortable pillows and mattress

The room was a Studio Double Double. It had lots of light and a big window overlooking the main street. They had all the essentials in the room, hair dryer, iron, shower gel, shampoo and lotion.
They did not clean up the room between one night and the next. I went to the reception and mentioned it. The room was never made, even after getting confirmation that it would be serviced.

i found the staff very friendly and cute. the hotel has a nice coffee shop downstairs i liked. the studio plus room was well-equipped with amenities such as a water fountain near the room and cozy blankets.
the check-in process felt automated and impersonal i think.
