the breakfast presented A GREAT variety at its buffet.
The disabled parking spaces were occupied by non-blue badge holders. This was a SERIOUS inconvenience. the disabled parking spots were also farther from the entrance. the room felt too basic. The chairs looked grubby.

the curtains were thin, and doors slamming throughout the night disturbed my sleep. a request for tea brought only uht milk pots to the room initially, frustrating. more information in the room would be useful.

adequate stay near nec

excellent qualitygood qualityreliable taxidated hairdryerold hairdryershabby impression
The breakfast had a very good choice, and the quality seemed excellent. the hotel is close to the nec, and the taxi service was reliable. We used it this year on our visit.
The hairdryer in my room looked dated. the hotel feels like it needs a good refresh. It gave the impression of being a bit shabby.
