comfy bed walk-in shower untidy changing room hydrotherapy jets

The room was perfect, a comfy bed ensured a good night's sleep. i especially enjoyed the walk-in shower. It was fantastic (i could spend hours in there!).

The spa was a letdown. The changing room was messy with towels everywhere. many of the hydrotherapy jets in the pool were out of order, a real shame.

My room was spacious and clean with beautiful views. The proximity to shops, restaurants, and the casino via a direct lift was very convenient. The breakfast selection had plenty of choices and the bed was comfortable. I also used the spa. The staff were friendly and helpful.

slow check-in excessive charge

The location suited my needs perfectly. It was convenient being so close to the venue (the NEC) and having everything under one roof.

The check-in process was slow. I also found the room (a Signature Double) too warm, even after adjusting the air conditioning, it never really cooled down. the room service charge felt excessive, especially considering how long it took to get a single glass of wine.

clean room spacious room

The room was clean and spacious, a plus. Staff were very helpful from the minute I arrived and throughout my stay.

The hot water in the shower fluctuated between scalding and cold. The inconsistency made showering unpleasant. I was unable to adjust it to a stable temperature.
