The room was perfect, a comfy bed ensured a good night's sleep. i especially enjoyed the walk-in shower. It was fantastic (i could spend hours in there!).
The spa was a letdown. The changing room was messy with towels everywhere. many of the hydrotherapy jets in the pool were out of order, a real shame.

My room was spacious and clean with beautiful views. The breakfast selection had plenty of choices and the bed was comfortable. I also used the spa. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a spa and pool, which are really lovely. I enjoyed the convenience of having everything under one roof. The proximity to the casino and bowling alley was another added benefit.

The location suited my needs perfectly. It was convenient being so close to the venue (the NEC) and having everything under one roof.
The check-in process was slow. I also found the room (a Signature Double) too warm, even after adjusting the air conditioning, it never really cooled down. the room service charge felt excessive, especially considering how long it took to get a single glass of wine.

the room was spacious, acceptable.
The breakfast was not great. none of the staff seemed to care about refilling items. i had to ask multiple times for coffee. I even set up my own table (after being told to sit anywhere!).

The room was clean and spacious, a plus. Staff were very helpful from the minute I arrived and throughout my stay.
The hot water in the shower fluctuated between scalding and cold. The inconsistency made showering unpleasant. I was unable to adjust it to a stable temperature.
