I found the staff friendly and efficient. My room was nice and neat with an excellent shower. Breakfast was included and available early which worked well for my early flight. The hotel's proximity to the airport made it a great choice.

The room i had felt really soundproofed. I scarcely heard ANY noise. staff was nice and helpfull, it filled my heart. it felt amazingly clean too.
The breakfast feels a bit sad. I hoped for more variety. the air con wasn't working right and i had to use a fan, IT was hot. check-in took a long time. ONE person was at the desk.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't needed much, so I wasn't too worried.
The hotel entrance involve a bunch of steep steps. I think accessibility considerations wasn't even considered. It's a proper struggle with luggage, I must say.
