Stresses from a busy work week disappeared. The room was very nice and featured comfortable beds with excellent bedding. I was very impressed by the breakfast with many choices. Staff and service were really good.

the room felt somewhat basic and could use an update specifically the hallways looked worn and the carpets showed stains the overall impression was not what i anticipate from this hotel chain i also found it inconvenient there were no readily available sockets near the bed making it difficult to charge my devices overnight this small detail impacted my overall comfort and convenience

the location proved convenient with easy access to public transportation. my room was clean and was well kept (i was on the 8th floor). the breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a variety of options.

the executive lounge was quite small and felt crowded during peak hours. the gym equipment seemed a bit dated and could benefit from an upgrade. i noticed some wear and tear in the hallways leading to the rooms.
