surprisingly GREAT Stay

clean room soft sheets fluffy pillows inviting atmosphere

the confusing hallways were long, YES, but the room was worth it. i found my room very clean, and the bathroom provided everything i needed. The sheets felt soft, and the pillows were fluffy, providing comfort after a long flight. i noticed a nice lounge and restaurant.

The communication about facilities felt a LITTLE lacking. I wish i had clearer information upfront.

airport stay

efficient check-in complimentary drink great restaurant

the check-in process was very efficient. i received an upgrade and vouchers for a complimentary drink because i am a repeat guest. skyway brasserie is a great replacement for the old burger and lobster restaurant. uber to heathrow cost £17with a £6 drop-off fee.

The tv remote had limited functionality. The program buttons controlled audio channels instead of tv channels.

Service

10/10

dhruv provided attentive customer service and ensured i was well looked after ! christina, my server, was kind and attentive, attending to my needs, and offering fast and efficient service.

Dining

9/10

the new skyway brasserie is excellent and offers a worthwhile alternative to the previous burger and lobster option! the menu in the bar is somewhat limited, though the food was tasty and the service was good despite higher prices typical for airport hotels.
