i enjoyed the comfortable king suite a lot. the room was very clean, and the amenities were good. i found the staff friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent with a good selection of items, including vegetarian sausage options.

The hotel is conveniently close to the bp pulse arena. I could walk there in about 5 to 10 minutes. I did not need to drive to the arena. The breakfast choices WERE very good. Staff were polite.

The first room I had was unclean. The toilet was dirty and there was rubbish on the floor. The tv didn't have screen sharing. Some channels were not working. The guide also didn't work.

Jenise is an asset. She always exceeds expectations in the executive lounge. She offers warm, professional service consistently. It feels like a home. Nick from Concierge provided VERY helpful assistance.

The room was too hot. The air conditioning did NOT work well. Windows were locked. The temperature could not be fixed.

i was pleased with my upgraded executive room. the reception staff were friendly, maureen helped me choose a room patiently. the executive lounge was improved with a cheerful receptionist and frequent food top-ups. food service in the bar was faster this year.

the room was too hot as the air conditioning did not work well.
