The hotel's location on the Heathrow hotel bus route provided easy airport access. I found a well-stocked bar that also served food along with a regular restaurant. The breakfast selection had many items. Staff members were helpful .

The shower design allowed water to spray into the bathroom. I noticed a slight musty smell in the hallway .

The proximity to Terminals 2 and 3 offered good convenience. A bus stop across the street provided frequent airport transportation. The transit bus made access easy and seamless for my travels.

airport hotel with issues

the self-service check-in worked fine. it spared me from a longer queue.

i found the room lighting inadequate. the dim illumination made it difficult to work or read comfortably in the evenings. it reminded me of the designers forgot that people might actually want to see what they're doing.
