excellent hotel experience
amazing receptionisthelpful servicetasty wine
iman at reception was amazing i found her very helpful the waitress upstairs was especially hospitable her service was top tier i also enjoyed the complimentary drinks upon arrival it was a tasty experience with sparkling wine and olives a definite plus. dhwani was friendly and heard us mentioning we were hungry she asked about allergies and soon served us delicious dumplings.

Friendly staff welcomed me upon arrival. The hotel decor is elegant, and I appreciated the available facilities. A rooftop restaurant provides a lovely setting. The room included mood lighting and Soapsmith toiletries.
The check-in process took an unnecessarily long time. I waited 25 minutes, and there was no apology for the delay. I was assigned a basement room with a dirty window. The window faced an internal corridor. Natural light was absent.

rooftop viewthoughtful staff
the rooftop view from the bar impressed me much, it is perfect all year. staff were thoughtful, i was greeted before i entered the hotel. my luggage was taken to my room. it was a birthday surprise and the staff ensured a good room view and left birthday decorations and tasty desserts.
