A Grateful Guest's Perspective

Chris, the doorman, provided an informative tour of the house. He told great historical stories. The hotel manager, Zee, greeted us actually and gave us a lovely room. Surinder and Hanifa, the breakfast servers, provided excellent service during the busy summer months.

The hotel is beautiful. The overall experience had a significant decline. The staff was understaffed and overwhelmed, which affected their attentiveness and mood.

Laura McCarthy, on front of house, gave us a warm welcome and ensured staff looked after our needs. She went out of her way to make sure we didn't need anything. The concierge took us from Adam's Brasserie to the main House.

The flower garden building and clubhouse rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Our suite in the Parkland annex had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable.. We were upgraded after an inconvenience.

The location is amazing, with an very nice main building. We walked around the grounds to the lake and saw lots of birds and muntjac deer. It is easy to get a taxi to Luton Parkway station for transport to London.

The afternoon tea was a really lovely experience. Sandwiches and cakes were delicious!!! I loved the Mansion House. The beautiful gardens outside were also a plus.

The bar seemed limited. There was no draught bitter or IPA, only bottles. You also had to wait to be served. The area was quite busy.
