room noise parking lot

the breakfast was acceptable , but nothing special.

I was frustrated with the room's proximity to the parking lot . It was relatively noisy , and i expected better sound insulation for the price i paid. this noise disrupted my sleep and impacted my overall stay.

modern interior valet parking sea view spacious suite

i enjoyed the clean, modern interior. the valet parking made arrival easy. the staff was cute, and check-in was smooth. the sea view suite with a balcony offered fantastic views (it was spacious too).

the gym lacked a barbell, though other equipment was available.

the reception team was informative and helpful. the restaurant host greeted guests warmly. andre in the restaurant stood out (i knew him from the jetty, great to see him here!). satya also provided wonderful service.

the garden suite was indeed special with an outdoor jacuzzi. the beds felt really soft. the staff was lovely and helpfull.

i experienced a funny vibe upon walking in. it reminded me of some upmarket drug dealers hang out. the food at old harry rocks was not good, my steak tasted like it had too much salt.

coffee machine great service

The hotel offered a complimentary measure of spiced rum in my room. I also used the in-room Nespresso coffee machine. I had dinner at the south beach restaurant. Satya and Anna provided great service.

The outdoor pool and the sunbathing area around it seemed too small for the size of the hotel.
