The staff members I met were helpful and cute. The hotel's location near the airport was very convenient. I found the free EV charging facility very useful (I did use it).

The room I stayed in was overheated at 24 degrees. Turning off the control panel did not help. I could only adjust the temperature by opening the window. The hotel is near the airport, so there were frequent and loud aeroplane noises.

The reception staff were very friendly. They were also supportive and engaging. The bar staff were polite. They were also friendly.

My tv didn't work. Breakfast had premade scrambled eggs from powder I think. The sausages were pretty tasteless. There was no desk or chair to set up a laptop.

catching a bus to the metro was super easy. it made getting around easy. the hotel's proximity to the airport was also awesome for a quick uber ride before my flight. the lobby area had so much variety with seating options and games. i especially loved the table tennis!

My room was missing a fridge, a bit inconvenient. also, there was only one hanger available. I needed more to hang my clothes. i found a dirty hand towel in the bathroom. It wasn't a great experience.
