the location is convenient near heathrow airport. staff members were friendly and helpful with directions. it was easy to get a casual dinner in the bar (i recommend the fish and chips!). the room was clean and generally serviceable.

the airport transport options were not ideal for the hotel. the best option was public transport buses to terminal 2. i had to use an expensive taxi to get to terminal 4 (it cost £27).

The bus stop's immediate proximity was wonderfully convenient. the room was super clean and spacious, something i value . i reserved a room with a view, and it was granted. A previous stay was even noted. the staff radiated warmth and helpfulness, a lovely touch.

the car park looked very small, and this gave me pause, though i didn't personally have any issues securing a space.
