The room was quite small. I was expecting more space. the lighting system was overly complicated. It took me a while to figure out how to turn off all the lights. also, the view from my room was quite disappointing. It overlooked a service area.

the architectural design stood out. hospitality was warm and efficient. the food was delicious. the steam room was available. i appreciate the kind staff. they exceeded my expectations. the ambiance was really nice. i will return after the reopening.
i noticed that the lights turned off suddenly in the bathroom. it was a bit unsettling. the door locking mechanism seemed sensitive. i wish i knew about this beforehand.

the decor was lovely and calming. i found the gym well-equipped. steam rooms in the changing rooms are great. i appreciated the modern and clean feel throughout the premises.
the minibar charges seemed a little high.

a bit underwhelming, to be honest.

I stayed for a few nights and honestly, the restaurant service felt off. i ordered some food one evening, but it never arrived. then the kitchen closed before i got anything. plus, i found the lack of windows in the room pretty annoying. Felt a bit like a box.
