The location was good for my needs. I had to go to the Mansion House and it was easy to walk there. The breakfast dishes were quite delicious. The staff seemed friendly and welcomed me.
The room service was not available. I was too tired to go out for dinner after a long drive. I was expecting room service, but it was not an option. This was disappointing, as I anticipated relaxing in my room.

i found the location wonderfully quiet. the staff was so friendly, it was like a dream. i really did love the roof terrace bar i visited and the restaurant, it felt very special to me.
the room was a little smaller than i expect. there were no windows that would open, this i found a little sad. the breakfast disappointed, i thought it could be a little bit better.

the staff provided some assistance during MY stay.
A FOUL smell emanated from the bathroom sink. Maintenance addressed it but the smell returned. gurgling noises from the shower drain disrupted sleep at night. No permanent solution was offered.

The staff were helpful and attentive. They promptly addressed any requests i had. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary soft drinks provided in the mini bar, a thoughtful touch. the breakfast choice was abundant, and the food was high-quality. i found the location convenient with easy access to transportation.
The church bells started early in the morning, a bit disruptive. I'm a light sleeper.
