The hotel is very close to the airport, with easy access via the CDGVAL train. I found standard rooms to be basic, but quite clean and modern for a short stay. The onsite restaurant, La Terrasse, provides tasty meal options including a buffet and fish and chips. A buffet breakfast starts early at 6am, a welcome feature.

Staff members were helpful and available, they were also quick to respond to my questions before arrival and I felt more comfortable during my travel. Check-in was efficient, I appreciate their support and assistance.

The hotel boasts spaces ideal for meetings or meals. The front desk remained well-staffed. It meant that despite the activity. I didn't wait too long.

The room lacked comfort. The beds were not good. I thought the bathroom sink had a clog upon my arrival. Staff fixed it quickly.

check-in was very quick and the staff helpful, the room being ready immediately. the lobby provides a pleasant space with many seating options and even games for bigger children. the hotel connects directly to the airport via the shuttle train, so you will be at the terminal in minutes.

i did find the bathroom very small, smaller even than those on cruise ships. the limited space makes maneuvering a bit difficult, especially for more than one person at a time. i think an increase in size would be beneficial.

location was very convenient for airport access through cdg val. breakfast was great and provided a quiet start after traveling. downstairs area has superb restaurants, a bar, and open areas. the condition of the hotel was good overall.

the air conditioning did not work well. i reported it, but it was not fixed during the night. the heat made sleeping uncomfortable. there wasn't any information or apologies from the staff.
