the shuttle bus to and from the airport was very helpful. the room was basic but it were super clean and cozy.

the pillows, it was awful. there was only 1 pillow each and it were very very flat so you has no neck support at all.

This hotel has a shuttle service that runs efficiently to and from the airport. I missed my flight and needed a place for the night. The proximity to the airport was very helpful. The staff were lovely.

I noticed the building is an old house, so noises carry easily. I could hear movements from the room above mine, a bit disruptive (even with earplugs).

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I appreciate that. there was also a convenient shuttle running to and from the airport. It only took about 5 minutes. i found the location very helpful for my early flight.

my room was a bit noisy with traffic, hard to sleep. the parking was also quite expensive for the short time i needed it. i was not thrilled about the lack of elevator.

the staff provided excellent service. the location was close to gatwick airport with a convenient shuttle. the room was clean and well presented.

The room lacked an elevator. This was inconvenient. the breakfast quality has decreased. the price had increased substantially, though.
