the location was great. i found a sainsbury's right across the street (very convenient for snacks). the staff were very nice and professional. the room type i got was beautiful club double room.
the lighting in the room could have been brighter, though it was adequate.

the rooms are clean. the stuff is also very friendly. the location is excelent, with easy access to public transport. rooms are nice and neat.
the room can get too warm even when adjusting the thermostat so was nice. it is important that where i stay does not make it hard to go for meetings.

the location was near to the bus routes, i found it useful. the check in process was quick, a good start to my stay.
the room was relatively clean, i noticed it was not well maintained. the carpet seemed old, and i saw scratches on the walls.
