The location was very convenient, near various restaurants. The bed in my room was comfortable. The hotel provided quick access to the Westfield shopping center (I did some shopping there).

The bathroom felt quite small and was almost like a pre-fabricated unit. I noticed a slight drain smell coming from the bathroom (it wasn't overwhelming, but noticeable). I also found that the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work effectively. (I wish it had worked better ).

The hotel's location was great with easy access to transport links. the staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any questions i had. i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. It.

The noise level from nearby traffic was noticeable, especially during peak hours. This made it hard to rest properly.

insufficient temperature controlbroken ice machine

the room temperature control was insufficient. it seemed ineffective at regulating the room's climate. additionally, i found the ice machine on my floor was out of service. this inconvenience detracted from an otherwise satisfactory stay.
