The room was spacious and clean, i really liked it. the walk to the underground station was short. it made getting to central london very easy. the breakfast was very good. There was a lovely selection.

the tv stand doubled as a desk, i found this to be cramped. the bathroom drain clogged during showers. this was not fixed even after one attempt to repair it. there was no complimentary water, though bottled water was available from the bar at a high price.

the location near hatton cross underground station was convenient. i found THE breakfast to be particularly good, with a wide selection. my room was clean, and i appreciated how dark it could get with the curtains closed. this ensured i had a good night's sleep before my travels.

i did encounter a problem with the shuttle bus service to the terminals. it was full, and i could not board, causing an unexpected delay.

The staff were very kind upon my arrival and were helpful. My pizza order arrived late at night and was great. Staff provided plates for our group of eight to eat in the common area.
