the hotel is just a short walk from the airport. the room was clean, and the bed proved very comfortable.
check-in took longer than expected, and it was uncertain if the staff was fully trained. they arranged a taxi at a price higher than the usual rate. i think it is better to arrange taxis independently.

i liked the proximity to transit. the hotel provided a walking map for the dlr. the lobby had a clean, modern, and spacious feel. the standard room was clean. the room size was adequate for my needs. the staff were friendly.
the small en suite shower had limited space. i wish there was more room.
