I found the location quite convenient. It offers easy access to various amenities. Transportation options nearby are plentiful. My room provided all the essentials for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the complimentary late check-out offered to Gold Membership holders. I found it quite effortless due to the amazing staff members.

I noticed the in-house entertainment system could use an upgrade, specifically the TV casting and WiFi capabilities. I wanted to watch a film, but the TV had difficulty connecting to streaming services. The WiFi signal was also quite weak at times.

The location was great. i could walk to many places and the nearby tube station made getting around easy. the studio sky level room was spacious and bright with lots of natural light. i really appreciated the washer and dryer. It helped me pack light.

the bathroom sink was a bit small for my liking, though it wasn't a major issue.

My stay started well enough, but some things disappointed me. The pre-check-in quoted one price for early check-in, yet they charged a different, higher price at the desk. The staff member did not care about my opinion about the change. The apartment showed wear and tear and had dirty marks on the sofa, I saw that. I expected better for the money I paid.

the location was convenient near public transport i found a studio that was a great size it had lots of amenities i did appreciate the treat bag they gave me at check in and check out

the couch material seemed like wool it was itchy the bed creaked on one side i noticed mold in the corner of the shower there was also a grout stain on the floor
