the staff was friendly and helpful. my room was spacious and very clean. free coffee and tea were available in the guest lounge.

the safety deposit box was broken. it was unusable. the ground floor room was quite loud even when the air-conditioning was off. there was no natural light in the room.

the hotel location is great. it is close to all the action and restaurants and the room was very neat. it had everything i needed and its great for solo business travelers. i like the great location in the upper midtown area.

i didn't liked the hard mattress, need soft. the elevators aren't locked and anyone can access any floor. it's not controlled by room key, sadly, i won't be staying because of that. i also prefer more security. anyone can walk in.

The advertisement for breakfast was misleading. it only consistsed of muffins and coffee. the room air conditioner was very noisy. It disturbed my sleep each night.
