the staff were very nice and professional. the rooms appear brand new and are very clean! the bed offered great comfort, i slept so well. the hotel location is really good for visiting the city!

Grand central terminal is within walking distance. It is only a couple of blocks away! this made getting to and from the airport easy. the immediate area includes a great restaurant next door and a cozy irish pub just down the street.

I found the staff very professional and accommodating. They were always ready to assist. The hotel offered a high level of cleanliness throughout all areas. I liked the gym. It featured modern equipment and a motivational atmosphere. They helped with luggage storage, very useful.
