The location was excellent. it was a safe walk from penn station during the day and from madison square garden after a concert. i liked that the room was impeccably clean, and the staff was top notch. the amenities were top shelf. We loved the shower with three heads, awesome after a day of exploring.
the mattress felt tired, and it seemed sunken, causing a bit of back pain. the pillows were a bit lumpy. also, the heater and ac unit were somewhat noisy during operation.

the staff was always on hand if i needed one. the front desk staff during check-in and check-out were excellent. the bartender was super friendly, and i found that the service there was amazing.

my room was a nice size and most importantly the bed was very comfy, i definitely had great night sleeps! they give you a water bottle where you can fill up with all different flavored waters. the room included a coffee machine.

i stayed in a lux queen room. the cleanliness was amazing, and the bed provided perfect comfort. the hotel offered complimentary water bottles, which i could refill at the flavored water stations on the second floor. the rooftop bar boasted an amazing view of the empire state building.
the bathroom size was small, made maneuvering a bit tight.

the room included robes, that was acceptable.
I was disappointed with the rooftop bar. it looked neglected and it was never open. i also found the noise levels to be quite high. Constant droning from outside air-con units made sleep hard.
