the staff was friendly and helpful.
I was disappointed that the gym equipment was ALL broken. NO working treadmills, bikes, or weights available.

helpful staff convenient location
The staff was very helpful and friendly (especially Emma!). The location is convenient. It's close to the subway and various food options, as it is in the heart of Chinatown.
The breakfast offered the same options each day. (but I didn't mind that much).
