the staff was so helpful ! rachel booked a birthday dinner and even sent a complimentary bottle of wine. max also helped with my bags in the lobby on departure. i really felt taken care of.
The shower's water pressure and temperature were inconsistent. Sometimes it was way below what i needed.

great stay with few perks
wine bottle discounted breakfast nice letter
my recent visit was nice. the staff surprised my boyfriend with a nice letter and a complimentary wine bottle plus macaroons as vip members. the wine tasting sessions and discounted breakfast for one key members was very accommodating. i would be happy to stay there again.
one thing i disliked was the non refundable resort fee per day. this was an additional charge i was not fully prepared for.
