the location was acceptable for my needs .

the front desk clerk was really rude upon arrival.. he seemed argumentative and arrogant. i asked about a to-go breakfast bag for the morning after a previous call confirmed it was possible, but he flatly refused. this initial experience definitely soured my opinion of the hotel.

I stayed in a superior king room. the street noise was just too much, even at night! garbage trucks kept me up until 1 am. I just couldn't get a good sleep. also, the bathroom lacked counter space. It was frustrating.

The location was amazing. I could easily walk to Central Park and numerous shops. Breakfast offered a really convenient start to each day. The updated room was quite lovely too!

The room was smaller than I anticipated! It was quite tight, actually.
