the free shuttle service to and from jfk airport was super convenient and on time! i appreciated the clean room with a very large, comfortable king-sized bed and the included coffee maker (i definitely needed that morning coffee!).
the noise from the street was a bit loud, i think better window insulation could really improve the stay.

the shuttle drivers were really helpful with luggage and always on time. the reception staff were friendly and efficiently checked guests in, even during busy periods. staff provided prompt responses to guest inquiries.

the airport shuttle was prompt, which eased my arrival worries. the room featured effective heating that offered a cozy respite. i found a good burger spot nearby that served yummy salmon. breakfast was thoughtfully provided and started my day perfectly.
the lighting on one side of the bed was a bit dim, a small issue.

i found the hotel quite convenient as a stopover near the airport the shuttle service was punctual and saved me time. the room had a useful coffee maker for a quick morning drink. the free shuttle service to the airport every hour was very convenient and efficient.
the walls seemed a bit thin i could hear some noise from nearby rooms.

the airport shuttle was prompt i used it for early morning flight it saved time the bed was comfortable ensuring restful sleep i found a burger king only two doors down it was open late. the lobby displays live flight information it helped me track flight status
the basin had a slow leak i noticed that after trying to get warm water it was a minor issue but still inconvenient i hope they fix it soon

My room was very clean indeed. Shuttle bus service to the airport was organized well. I travel a lot and this was a great feature , especially for early flights.
Some small imperfections were present , though the stay was overall successful.
