The lack of daily housekeeping was unacceptable. I had to request fresh towels at the reception. it was inconvenient, and i expect better service for the price i paid. this significantly detracted from the overall experience.

The location worked well with cool bars and restaurants nearby. I found the bed and the towels to be very comfortable. A functional work desk was available in the room. The check-in process was easy and fast, even late at night.
The room I stayed in felt smaller than expected. There was no window to provide natural light or ventilation. This.

The hotel had a good atmosphere, AND it felt more upscale than a typical chain. The fittings seemed higher quality. the ambiance gave a four-star impression. I found the staff friendly and efficient with the quick check in and out process.
The shower enclosure door did not close properly. Some water got outside.

the staff were amazing. the location is very good and very close to what you need to go around sights. breakfast are worthy.
rooms are tiny. you have to turn sideways to walk around the bed. one hook and one hangar only. no wardrobe are provided.
