The location was convenient. It was close to the airport.
The restaurant service was slow. The staff did not seem happy at all. i found this unacceptable, as i waited nearly an hour for my food. the atmosphere felt quite negative. i would avoid eating there again!

the staff was friendly. the receptionist asked about my trip and if i needed taxis, which i appreciated. the breakfast was good. i enjoyed the view while eating.

i found the hotel very clean. the staff were friendly and helpful! my room was spacious. i especially liked the nice toiletries provided in the bathroom. the hotel's location was easy to find.
i thought better entrance direction signage was needed!

The room was very spacious. It included a sofa and armchair. Floor to ceiling windows provided a great view.
The room looked tired, carpets were slightly stained. Breakfast items like the scrambled egg seemed somewhat dried out. The fried eggs were not great. They were under heat for sometime.
