underwhelming stay , despite initial appeal

dishonored check-in noisy air conditioning

the location was convenient for accessing public transportation.

i was disappointed by several issues. the promised early check-in was not honored , despite confirmation the previous day. the downstairs lunch service was slow and the waiter had poor hygiene. the room showed signs of wear , with a clogged shower head and noisy air conditioning.

professional service efficient handling quick staff commendable work ethic

Dalmar Shaikh and Tanveer at reception offered professional service. They handled all requests efficiently with real care. The staff was attentive and quick, everything was smooth. Their work ethic is commendable and represents the hotel well.

The minibar prices felt a bit high for some of the items. The cost did not quite align with their convenience.

clean room minibar selection quick breakfast unhelpful staff exposed wires limited channels

The room was clean. The minibar included a large variety of items. Breakfast was served quickly and the food tasted great.

The staff were unhelpful. I found random wires hanging out of the shower shelf. The TV barely offered any channels and I could not connect to any smart streaming.
