i liked that wifi was included. it also helped that i was able to add payment for car park. my king room was great, and it had a working desk, so i could do my work.

i found a room that was very dated and dirty. carpets were also very dirty. the hotel didnt smell fresh at all i think.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. i was delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. the upgraded room was gorgeous. it had fresh sheets and was very clean.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't working very well. i was given a small table fan to help cool the room. It was not the best solution.
