clean room convenient service
the room was clean. i appreciated the convenient coffee and tea service available on each floor.
The street noise was quite noticeable. The windows did little to block it.

mixed feelings about this stay.
unresponsive staff power outage
I found a couple of things annoying. the room lacked a fridge, so getting ice meant a trip to the bar. i waited there for ages. Staff saw me but didn't bother to help. i eventually had to go to reception, frustrating, the hotel lost water and power for hours one morning with minimal communication. a simple bottle of water would have been nice. No one told us what was happening.

Acceptable but flawed stay
street noise cold room
The hotel was conveniently located near the station.
The room lacked proper soundproofing. Street noise was constant. the room was very cold near the window. There was a space heater, but it did little to help.
