the room was clean and well-kept. its location proved ideal for a pre-flight overnight stay. i found it convenient for catching an early flight the next day.

i was allocated a beautiful room initially , but the noise from loud music on the floor above disrupted my sleep. despite informing staff , the issue persisted. i was moved to a spare room which was dated , with stained carpets and an uncomfortable bed.

duck tapestale smoke

the room window was sealed shut with duck tape (seriously, duck tape!). i reminded me of i was trapped in a poorly ventilated box. also, our friends' room smelled strongly of stale smoke, which wasn't exactly the most refreshing welcome.

The staff really were pretty good. Krish at reception allowed me early check-in and assigned a very nice room. he even assisted with my luggage, such kindness (this made my travel day much smoother). the room was spacious, and the desk provided ample workspace.

I found the air conditioning controls a bit confusing. I struggled initially to adjust the temperature to my liking.

The front desk staff was very helpful upon my arrival. I received complimentary drinks as an IHG rewards member.. This was very kind. Soumya went out of his way to find me in the restaurant with my room key after a room became available earlier than expected. Breakfast was also good with a good variety of options.

The hotel seems a little aged in areas. I feel the carpets especially need some refreshment. Only two treadmills were available in the gym and one was broken.
