My room was quiet despite its proximity to the airport. I found the location very convenient for accessing the piccadilly line. The swimming pool and steam room were available to me and were superb.

The beds felt very firm to me. I would have preferred a slightly softer mattress.

The location was nice. It was directly by the underground.

The restaurant experience was quite disappointing. Both dinner and breakfast were unacceptable. Staff seemed untrained and disorganized. Our food and drinks order was messed up, causing us to eat separately and the bill included an unjustified service charge..

the location was acceptable for getting to the airport quickly.

I was really annoyed. the room i booked, a 'double or twin room', had a strange smell. it seemed like they were trying to cover it up with too much air freshener or something! also, the hallway carpets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. They were really stained and dirty.

EXCELLENT Airport Hotel!

The location near Hatton Cross tube station was AMAZING!!! It made getting to Heathrow terminals VERY easy. I would definitely stay here again for early or late flights. I secure hotel . The room was also well-insulated, so I didn't hear any aircraft or road traffic. Beds were REALLY comfortable, so I had a wonderful sleep.

The queue for check-in was a little long upon arrival, lasting about an hour, but the rest was great!!!

Convenient and Modern Stay

The hotel is very close to the train station and Heathrow. I did not hear any plane noise despite the proximity to the airport. I enjoyed a meal at the hotel restaurant and found it lovely. The bed was very comfy and there was space to work.

The soundproofing between rooms was not adequate as I could hear snoring through the wall. I had a dirty bathroom upon arrival but I was able to change the room. There was not proper hand soap in my room so I bought my own bottle. The cleaner threw it away.
