good size lovely bathroom
The room was a good size. I found the bathroom very lovely and well-kept. I appreciated how quick and efficient the check-in process was. The location is also quite convenient, as it is just five minutes from Liverpool Street Station.
The TV entertainment services were somewhat lacking for a boutique hotel.

Really good Anniversary Stay

thoughtful touch relaxed atmosphere comfortable bed quality pods
The hotel surprised us with balloons and pastries to celebrate our 25th anniversary. It was a thoughtful touch. the lounges feature beautiful period-style charm. the bed was the most comfortable i have ever slept on. the in-room coffee machine, complete with quality pods, was a great bonus each morning.
upon arriving tired at 9pm, the receptionist was not cute and made me wait almost ten minutes while he finished something else while eating fries. also, the tv in our room was not working. to sum up, the tv was not working.

The king-sized bedroom features a very comfortable bed. I loved the high-quality duvet. the bathroom includes a luxurious bathrobe. It also has a huge shower. good quality toiletries were provided, a treat i welcomed.

the hotel has a beautiful decor. furnishings and fittings looks good. the room was spacious and quiet. it was appointed beautifully.

I found the hotel beautifully decorated. Care was evident in the room's design! the room felt spacious. the bathroom was fine. staff offered a complimentary upgrade plus sparking wine upon my arrival.
The room didn't include a telephone. I had to use whatsapp for all requests.
