The staff were very helpful. they stored my luggage prior to check-in. i had a complimentary room upgrade. It was a really nice gesture. i greatly appreciate the team's flexibility and kindness.

The bathroom sink had a crack. there was no plug. i couldn't store my toiletries properly. There was no shelf for basics like a toothbrush. the room felt compact, and the bed wasn't very comfortable.

the location is just great and the price was a steal for the area. friendly staff greeted me. i had a really nice room.

sink in the bathroom had this awful crack, and no plug. the shower door almost fell off when i first tried to use it. really annoying.

the staff were lovely and check-in was very easy.

the bathroom sink was badly cracked, and there was no plug. the shower door almost came off its hinges when i used it. there was also nowhere to put my toiletries in the bathroom, so i had to balance everything precariously.
