amazing apartment stay!
smeg fridge excellent housekeeping complementary water
i totally adored the smeg fridge in our room! the housekeeping service was excellent and they magically refreshed our room. we also enjoyed the large complementary water bottles that they provided!
the gym had treadmills with speed caps, i couldn't run at my preferred pace.

vintage furniture smeg fridge excellent housekeeping helpful staff
I found the rooms to have vintage-style furniture. my room had a smeg fridge, a cute touch. housekeeping was excellent. They magically cleaned my room as soon as i left. the staff helped me a lot (especially with directions).
i was a bit bummed there wasn't much to do in the immediate area, so i recommend eating before you arrive.

daily cleaning was meticulous and consistent, i never worried about returning to a messy room. the hotel has a spa and a pool, though i did not have time to use them, i hope to on my next visit.

mediocre stay with disappointments
dusty surfaces unexpected service charge
the location was acceptable.
my room wasn't properly cleaned. dust covered surfaces in multiple areas and there were hairs in the bathroom. the staff seemed uninterested in resolving these issues, offering only a cursory apology. i also noted an unexpected 'service charge' on my bill.
