The hotel is located close to transportation stations and a large shopping centre. This made it easy to get around and find everything I needed. The hotel also provides a free weight room . I appreciated the convenience this offered .
Some light switches and plugs did not function properly in my room. The television would also stop working unexpectedly. I found this disruptive considering the price.

i found a distinct lack of clarity regarding items in my room. placing items outside that look like a welcome pack, such as a £2 kitkat, is absurd. tea and coffee were not sufficiently provided in the room. breakfast was shocking. the bacon consisted of 90% fat, resembling a gammon steak, not to my taste.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel provided a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere, and everything was clean. I enjoyed a stone-baked pizza deal with wine. It was a great deal! The location was ideal for attending ABBA Voyage and accessing Central.
The coffee and tea facilities could have been better. The coffee machine wasn't great. Breakfast was not excellent either, and the restaurant felt too small, particularly for couples. We ended up having breakfast at low tables in the lounge area. It was not ideal.
