i found the staff very helpful and friendly . the hotel provided convenient guidance for getting around the city using public transport. i appreciated their assistance in making my travels smoother and more enjoyable.

The front desk staff were attentive. The hotel features a secure main entrance (it definitely. My room was neat and warm with clean bedding. I found a bus stop right nearby.

The bathroom featured small towels, and only two were provided.

The staff proved helpful. The room included a fridge. The air conditioning worked well. The hotel had drinking water available on tap. That helped reduce plastic use. I found the location convenient with transport links nearby. The check-in and check-out process was simple and fast.

The bed felt too firm for my liking. It made sleep somewhat difficult despite all other positive aspects.

helpful staff comfortable bed poor soundproofing uninvited cleaner

the staff where nice and professional. they did post me my valuables after i stupidly left it in the safe, i'm very thankful. my room were clean and it has a comfortable bed.

the cleaner they knocked and walked in my room while we are sleeping even with the door locked. i heard all the doors close and cleaners walking in the corridor, the soundproofing is not so good.

The room had a fridge, handy for storing drinks and snacks. There were several bus routes to central areas close to the hotel, this made getting around easy.

The neighborhood did not feel especially inviting.

Excellent Stay Near Central Area

The staff were very cute and professional. My room was nice and neat. I left my keys and purse in the safe after checking out. I realized this when I was already on a train home! The staff were helpful and had my valuables posted to me via next-day delivery.

The hot water in the sink did not work . I only stayed for two nights so I did not report it. The shower was better.
