The hotel has great amenities. Water, tea, and coffee were always available, a definite plus. The room's bathroom included soap, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner in large sizes. My room was a Windowless Double Guest room 1 Double. Despite not having a window, it didn't feel claustrophobic. The air conditioning worked well.

The staff was sometimes on their phones and didn't always acknowledge guests immediately.

The english breakfast was super (eggs were really good!). I would add more pastry options for increased variety. The breakfast service ensured a satisfying start to the day with attentive service.

The staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival. They gave us an upgrade as well as party balloons for a special birthday. The team were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Our room was clean and the shower and bed were good.

The room lacked a window. A constant air conditioning system remained on. It was not possible to turn it off.

the hotel location is good. it is near the bus stop and underground station. i got it at a cheap price since i booked early. the room was neat (it was nice and tidy).

i found the beds a bit firm for my preference. the room was very small with limited storage space. the room had no window and it was a bit claustrophobic (but i chose the cheapest room).
